On May 2015 I purchased a set of Cuda 7.5″ Titanium pliers from Boaters Republic in St. Pete, Fl. The pliers retail for about $40.00 and a full year has nearly gone by (april 2016) since I have purchased these pliers. I fish mostly Saltwater and I must admit I don’t treat my gear the best. These pliers have been dropped, dunked, soaked, etc. in salt water. To say the least they have exceeded my expectations. Normally after a fishing trip they just get stored in a Fishing backpack and not hosed down with first water. The youtube video actually shows a photo with the timestamp of the purchase.

The only downfall is the sheath the pliers came with made them even more bulky. The plastic clip on the sheath could be redone the clip never wanted to stay on my belt so I ended up throwing the sheath away.

There is some normal wear in 2 of the photos below but that is due to my abuse testing these pliers out. They still cut just like new!
