Well, probably not, but its colors are just as rare as a union like that.

Austin Clanch, Oklahoma fisherman, snagged a beauty on his line this past weekend with this interesting-colored catfish.
A news group in Oklahoma sent the photos of the fish that Clanch posted to Facebook to the Oklahoma Wildlife Department, where it was decided that this cow-fish is actually just a leucitic catfish.

Leucism is a condition of partial pigment loss, specifically in animals. Unlike albinism, there is a difference in types of pigment through the body, not just the melanin pigment.
Regardless, I’d like to think the Chik-fil-A cows would be very happy. Eat more fish.
